I need some advice.
I am a Utah CCP holder and will be travelling to Las Vegas in the coming weeks. I know I am able to carry while on the drive there, but once I hit Nevada I will need to disarm, unload the weapon and place it in the suitcase in the trunk etc etc...
Has anyone taken their firearm to Vegas lately? I will be staying at 2 hotels and I am a little nervous about bringing my weapon inside. I haven't been to Las Vegas since I was about 13 and I have no idea if some of these more popular Hotels and Casinos have some sort of TSA-style suit case scanner deal going on. I will be calling the hotels I am staying at about this but I already get the feeling they will not be allowing firearms in their building. :/ ugh.

You are 100% A OK with OC'ing in Nevada in your vehicle or elsewhere.... MUST BE VISIBLE for those without a permit that Nevada recognizes.http://www.opencarry.org/nv.html
Click on Nevada and look for the line OPEN CAR CARRY!
