I believe this was discussed on the forum about a year ago. Here is what the article says just under the video;
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Police said a desk clerk shot a man who was attempting to rob an east side motel on Saturday night.
Officers said that shortly before 9:30 p.m., a man walked into the Super 8 Motel, located at 2055 Brice Rd., showed a gun and demand
The person with the weapon looks like they really knew their stuff and had the woman and child in peripheral the whole time he fired. I think the robber tried firing as he ran and depending how the laws in Ohio are, if he has no "responsibility to flee" then the clerk who fired did right in following through with his shots as there was plenty to still be afraid of and he was protecting others.
