No, not any secured building. Only secure areas of mental hospitals, jails, and airports. (am I missing any?) Residences and places of worship, yes. All secure areas? Nope. The air show was secured because it's FEDERAL and if they catch you with guns, they boot you to the main gate and tell you to be on your way.
