So i see it passed but was amended. Does anyone know what impact that woll have? From what i saw the leo can still question you but cant charge you for simply carrying. Any thoughts?

I am having a CC at 7:00pm tonight with USSC Board of Directors and Paul Ray will be joining too. I will post any information that I learn.
