They seem to be priced pretty good. Just curious if anyone here has ever used them.

I haven't tried either of those, but I've heard great things about Bayou Bullets.

Having had great success with my own powder-coated boolits, if you're buying them for inexpensive, low-medium power practice ammo, they're likely all good.

I have not used that brand of coated bullet but I have shot thousands of bullets from
http://precisionbullets.com/ with great success in 9mm. I have also pushed the .40s so fast in my 10mm that they have started to lead the barrel. I would recommend them for 9mm and for lower power .40. Based on my experience in 9mm and .40 I would think that they would work great for a slow and heavy .45.

Black Bullets uses Hi-Tek bullet coating, just like Bayou Bullets.

I just finished off my 1000 Berrys 124 gr and was looking at trying some from Extremebullets.com but then I saw some links in a post on DC to the BlackBullets and BlueBullets. They were cheaper so I thought I'd try and see if anyone had any experience. Still leaning towards the Extreme 124G HP they run about $45 for 500 but the BlackBullets run about $39 for 500 and All I am really using these for is target reloads for practice with my Glock and my wife's shield. Someday I would like to get a 9mm carbine and it would be nice if they were ok for that as well.
