Picked up a new carry gun on Monday. The Kimber Pro TLE/RL II. I absolutely love it. Match grade everything, steel everything, night sights, tac rail, and the list goes on. Here's some pictures of it:
Took it out shooting this evening, here's a picture. If I paid attention to my trigger pull and grip, I had no problem consistently shooting sub-2" groups at 15 yards from a standing position, even with the cheap aluminum-cased Blazer ammo I was using. Definitely the most accurate I've ever been with a handgun, especially considering this was my first time shooting it, and my first time shooting a 1911 in 3 years.
