I was asked about doing this type of class, so I am gauging interest on a Dry-Fire Fundamentals class. This would be an off-range class. Duration would be 4 hours. Cost $50. Class tuition would come with a set of Snap Caps appropriate for the hand gun you will use in the class.
Curriculum would be personal safety, gun safety, range etiquite, gun handling, loading/un-loading, malfunctions, marksmanship fundamentals, trigger control drills, drawing from a holster and presentation. All in the comfort of a warm indoor location.
This class would be ideal for people wanting to ease their way into shooting, as well, any of us that spend time doing correct dry-fire drills KNOW how valuable it is, and how much it improves our shooting.
Do you get all your hits on an 8X11 piece of paper, but not all in the 9 and 10 ring from 5 yards? You will benefit from correct dry fire exercise.
Please let me know if you, or someone you know would be interested in this type of format.
