So I am going up to North Dakota on business. Ive not traveled much since carrying a firearm besides Nevada. I tried calling Montana and ND's BCI department and Attorney Generals Office for clarification on where I can and can not carry.
Idaho it looks like I am free and clear.
It says you cannot carry a weapon into any establishment where alcohol is served and consumed.
That seems pretty straight forward that I better not even take it into a restauraunt that will most likely serve wine or beer, but do you think that would extend to my hotel? The people I got ahold of could not answer that question. Do any of you have an inside scoop or understanding of this restriction or others in Montana? I shouldn't be going to any schools of any sort, so that should not be an issue.
I cant find any details or restrictions on their website, and they do not take calls with questions "due to high call volume".
I have the Mitch Vilos 50 states book, but it talks about use of force, not firearms restrictions.
Does anyone know anything about carrying a firearm in ND?
I probably wont carry on my person much, leaving it secured in my bag. But I really want to know what my options are and can't seem to find them. Input anyone?
