Well I had a fun night at Get Some in Orem. Tried out the Barrett .50 BMG, I think it was the M99. Next the fully automatic AK-74 5.45 x 39, that was 60 seconds of fun.
Next I tried out a few of their pistols:
Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm
H & K USP COMPACT
There could be others I can't remember.
With all of that testing I thought that I would pick up a pistol and shoot it and know that was the one that I wanted. That did not happen.
Have been researching diffident guns for the past few weeks and knew I wanted a 9mm compact.
I chose the SPRINGFIELD XDM 9MM COMPACT 3.8" BLACK It fits with what I was looking for. Its a good gun and I look foreword to using it on the range.
The downside of all of this. I think I am going to be getting many more pistols in the future. I liked all of them that I used.
The M&P, H & K, Sig and Glock I can see my self getting one or more of each. This is going to get expensive
