New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced new legislation on Monday to decriminalize public possession of small amounts of marijuana, lowering the penalty from a misdemeanor to a non-criminal offense.

It's pathetic that folks sit back and take the abuse to their rights.. After the large soda ban, it's a ban on 12+ pizzas, then any hamburger over a quarter pound.. It's not about the food, IMO, fight it because the Gov simply has ZERO right to tell us what we can and can't eat.
