I'm a .45 fan and it occurs to me now that I cannot always carry IWB. What is a good .45 that be carried on the ankle? :dunno: The PM45 is out already. I love my Kahr CW45 but anything that costs more than a G26 is out, I might as well get the G26 since I know it will ankle carry.

Anyway, let me know what you guys think. Thanks

Try a glock 36 it is the same length as a g26 but a little bit slimmer it is also a .45
the G36 was actually my first Glock. I liked the platform but like many others I couldnt get it to function reliably, I guess I got one of the bad ones. Since then I have lost my faith in the G36.

I have a PM45 and a Glock 30SF. Both carry fine in my Galco Cop Series ankle holster (actually designed for a G26/27. The 30SF is a little heavy, but not too bad. The PM45 carries NICE. It's also a great shooter, much more controllable than you think.

Depending on your budget, you could go from Kimber-Ultra to Cobra-Patriot... If it were within my budget a Kimber would quickly replace my PF-9...

But a 9mm is certainly better than throwing rocks or OC spray! :)
