Can anyone recommend local AK builders?
I have a couple kits I would like built with NDS receivers, and don't care to do it myself.

FBMG has a TON of AKs, you should ask Joe (FBMG Smithy) if they will build it for you.

I dont have a set price yet. We are just getting in to the builds at FBMG. I do know, however, that our old guy had his starting in the $300 including the finish. Come on in and we will discuss what needs to be done and extras that may not be purchaced yet. I'll get you a better quote then.

Small store? Have you been to the new location? Very nice and spacious... and yes, there are about a million AKs and SKSs on the wall. Do take some time, the guys down there are really nice and good to talk to. :thumbsup:

No problem. They are a great bunch of guys and will answer just about any question you have. Plan a little bit of time to peruse the store as well. Sometimes I wish they'd hire me, I could stay there all day and it would be a bonus to get paid for something like that.

The web being down is starting to drive us crazy. We have everything loaded into the cart system now we just need the pictures of everything loaded on and it will be re-launched. It was soposed to be up a week ago...but not all the pics are up yet. It will be announced in several places UCC being one of them.
