I didn't know where to put this but I just have to vent. I just got back from the gun shop where I picked up a part for one of my guns. Anyway, I was looking at the different AR's, thinking of getting one in .308, well there is a retired homicide dectective with his and was showing me the sights he had on it and how they worked. He laid it back on the counter as the guy at the gun shop handed me another to look at. As I handed it back another guy that was there with the retired cop said I have one like it but it has this... as he picked up the cops gun to show me, he started to swing the rifle towards me and I could see the muzzle was going to come right across my chest, I grabbed the barrel and shoved it straight up so hard I just about jerked it out of his hands. He could tell I was not too happy and he apologized, but I had to resist the temptation of drawing my P99 with my other hand and putting it in his face as I pushed the muzzle away from me.

I think I will talk to the gun shop owner and see if they can't post a sign with the 3 golden rules and ask people to read it before they hand them a firearm. At least number one.

Well sorry for the rant, I tried to make it short, it could have been a lot longer if I said everything I wanted to say to that guy.

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10........... now I can turn my computer off and go home. :lol:
