Actually, ALL of the moneys from the CFP's go directly into state coffers. Then the state returns only a portion of that money to the BCI, which is not enough to run the system efficiently.

The legislature needs to pass a law that takes ALL income from CFP fees and funnels it DIRECTLY to the BCI.

The law was passed, but has it gone into effect yet? If so, I wonder if that is not a direct impact on the reduction in receipt of concealed permits?
