I have added two new fields to the user profile screen. These new fields ask for two date's one is for the expiration date on your concealed firearms permit. The other is only needed if you are a state certified instructor and asks for the expiration of your certification. This will allow the board to send you an e-mail at three months, one month, and one week before it expires for the permit and 6 months and 3 months for the instructor certification. The functionality is not completed yet, however, you can start adding the data now. I will let everyone know once all the functionality is working.

Thomas, you are a *GENIUS*!!! What a great idea! Thank you. Also, it seems like a pretty kewl "marketing" tool to those who have their permit but aren't necessarily active in the "scene".

Yep. Go to your profile by clicking on User Control Panel above, then selecting the Profile tab, then setting the Concealed Firearms Permit Expiration Date. Notice that the order is day, month, year.
