Anyone have any experience with Cobra Enterprises (www.cobrapistols.com) here in Salt Lake? I read an article on their big Bore Derringer recently & am interested in purchasing one, but haven't been able to find any other reviews besides in the gun mag.

Big Bore Derringers
Calibers:

.22 Mag, .32 H&R Mag, .38 Special, .380 or 9mm
Dimensions:

2.75" barrel length
4.65" overall length
3.31" overall height
14 oz. empty weight
Grips:

Molded black synthetic
Finishes:

Bright Chrome, Black Powder Coat and Satin Nickel

I am thinking of a Black model in .38 spl or 9mm, or both as they sell interchangeable barrels.

Thanks

I have a little Davis Daringer in .22. Cobra baught the davis design when they went out of biz. It is fun to shoot but I don't carry if for protection. I know of an officer that carries a deringer in 9mm but I have yet to ask him how he likes it.

The company is great to work with. I've gone there for service on another model (a Patriot 45), they replaced the slide, tested it and I was at Lee Kay 45 minutes later putting 200 rounds through it without any problems.

I'm tempted to acquire a .357 Bond Arms derringer (or two)... There's always room in my pocket for one of those!

Your derringer is really nice, and here's mine.
