Hey everyone! I have a question. I never really understood or received an answer about this question.

Here in the State of Utah, when you carry does it Always have to be "Hidden" Underneath the clothes, from plain sight of the public eye.

Or, am I able to carry on the Outside of my Back, and not brandishing my gun to others, but in the view of the public. Or can I carry Outside on my Side on my belt?

If you have any thoughts or ideas that would be great!!!!

There is nothing in Utah law that implies a duty to conceal, so open carry is completely legal. Without a CFP, in fact, you can ONLY open carry -- and can't carry loaded, or on school grounds, etc. A CFP eliminates those restrictions but doesn't add a requirement to conceal.
