How many here use a conversion kit to train with?

I have the Ciener for my AR15. It sure is fun to shoot and makes it way cheaper. However for training, I don't think it is that good of an idea. The recoil is nowhere near being realistic. Learning how to control recoil and everything associated with that is not something you can learn with .22 ammo in any gun except a .22. Training should be done with the real thing!
