This happend in San Antonio a couple of weeks ago. There was a cop washing his police motorcycle, two guys walked up to him and asked him "are you a cop" he replies "yes" . They pulled there guns out and held the cop at gun point and took off with his fanny pack that had his weapon in it. Luckily he wasnt hurt. Criminals are getting pretty gusty. I mean they could abviously tell that he was a cop because of his motorcycle.

UPDATED: 8:59 am CDT March 25, 2008

SAN ANTONIO -- An off-duty Bexar County sheriff's deputy was robbed at gunpoint at a car wash late Monday on the city's East Side.

San Antonio police said the lawman was washing his motorcycle at a car wash in the 100 block of Spriggsdale right before midnight when two men approached the deputy at gunpoint.

At first, the men didn't know the deputy was a law enforcement officer, but then the pair noticed the red and blue lights on the bike, police said.

The men then asked the deputy if he was a lawman, and when he replied he was, they still demanded money from him, police said.

The deputy gave the men a bag containing his wallet and a personal handgun, police said.

The men got away and haven't been apprehended.
