Yes, SGTJensen and I OCed at the GOP Convention that was at UVU. We were "backed-up" by the AG down there when UVU PD wanted us either to 1 CCW OR Leave the Premises. The rule is pretty much....where up can CCW you can ALSO OC. They MAY not like it but legal.thering said:Yeah I liked the article. It is a great step towards public education..
The comment about getting a permit "the next day..." seems kinda unrealistic though.. :lol2:  :lol3:
It did raise one question though..with a permit can one carry open on school properties?
Probably another gun to add to my wish list. :wink:Outsider said:Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out what an XD-35 is as well.
I don't know... I'm not sure I'd want anything chambered smaller than 9mm (.380) in a primary defensive weapon. Perhaps Springfield is trying to make a smaller caliber gun, but decided not to go with the traditional .380 :lol:PW said:Probably another gun to add to my wish list. :wink:Outsider said:Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out what an XD-35 is as well.
Nice article overall I must say.
Actually, 9mm is .355 inch (and so are the .380 and the .357 SIG -- isn't cartridge naming wonderful?), so I guess you COULD call a 9mm XD an XD-355.GeneticsDave said:I don't know... I'm not sure I'd want anything chambered smaller than 9mm (.380) in a primary defensive weapon.
