I was talking with one of my neighbor kids (alot younger than me) that told me about this site. From my first impressions I am very pleased to see such a site, especially a local site. I hope that I can contribute in some way or another and I look forward to your future posts all I ask is that sometimes i may ask a dumb questions or two, but be kind and don't laugh too hard

Alright, who is this? I have talked with a few of my neighbors (who are just a little bit older than I am :lol2: ) about this site - hopefully this is one of them!

:welcome: Please do send me a private message or tell me your name - I'd love to see if you are my neighbor! Stick around, post often and feel free to ask anything - as one of my college professors said: "The only dumb questions are the ones we don't ask."

Don't worry about the dumb questions. We all asked them at first; just a required part of getting an education in any subject. And some of us have never stopped asking them ;)

Welcome. :sup: Tell us a bit more about yourself. Do you carry? What do you carry?
IMO, the best way to contribute is to POST! Questions and opinions both. The more opinions we get on any given subject, the better for all involved. Have fun!

Welcome to the forum. The great thing about this place is that you can ask the "dumb" question and won't get lit up like a Christmas tree for asking. Probably the worst thing anyone will say is that it's not a dumb question.

You'll love all the great people here and find a lot of useful information.

Thanks for all of the kind words. I am excited about this site and I will pass the word around to my contacts to take a look. Currently I do not have a CWP or an OC, I did take the class years ago, but felt at the time that Utah Law was on my side and I still do and at the time I did not complete the paper work, but I am working on setting up a class for a number of my family members and neighbors to go ahead and get my permit.

I am counting on asking many questions as I learn more and I do appreciate the folks volunteering not to laugh too loud :D and providing feedback. Thanks again and we will chat soon:)

Welcome!! Sometimes if I think my question or post is going to be dumb I just do a search above and find that some has asked and answered my dumb question. The other times I would rather ask than regret. Post often and ask away. You'll find a great wealth of knowledge here in the forum.

Welcome from Southern Utah :shades:

The only reason everyone says there aren't any dumb questions...is because I've already asked all of them! So you're safe to ask anything you want.

The only dumb question is the one that goes unasked. Welcome aboard.

Welcome aboard. I wouldn't be too concerned about asking "dumb" questions. Like others have said, use the search function and if it hasn't been answered or you can't find an answer then feel free to ask. 8)

Welcome. Ask any concealed or open carry question you like and the gang will get back to you. I have had my permit for a year and this site has been a wealth of information. Hurry and get your permit!
