Crossroads of The West will be at the Southtowne Expo Center this weekend.

Looks like I'll be up there on sunday looking for an M7 bayonet & other goodies. Just wondering if I might run into anyone else from the forum while i'm there.

I will be there Saturday. I am looking for a new full size pistol. I have a Government 1911 but I do not like carrying it in a duty rig. I have owned a couple of different Glocks 22 and 27. Had to sell do to money hardship. So I am trying to decide between Glock, Sig Sauer, and H&K.

Any suggestions?
I'd have to tell you to go with the SIG. But only because i'm extremely biased against plastic guns for no good reason, just don't like em.

Everyone says that metal guns weigh too much, but that don't bother me. If I empty the mag. and they're still coming, I can use the Springfield or Desert Eagle as an efective bludgening tool too.
We'll have a table there and we have a great deal on used Glock 22s in 40 and new Sig P229s in 9mm.
I'll be there Saturday, probably spending a little time helping at the Wildlife Resources/Lee Kay Shooting Range booth.
Well, I missed the gun show this time around. Usually, I make it, but my work schedule has been hairy the last few weeks since I'm behind schedule. Sigh.

I hope you found what you needed.
Well I went, I saw, and I spent way to much money. :)

However, did not find what I was looking for. I did decide to buy a Glock 22 but I am not one for buying used when I am going to put my life on it. So I am going Sunday to buy a new Glock 22 if I can find a all black that has high caps. Wish me luck.
OK, who got the deal they couldn't refuse?
I did find the M7 bayonet I was looking for and a black M8 sheath for a good price. Then I got a message on monday that my custom fabricated lug was finished and shipped, so I'm a happy camper knowing that I'll soon have a bayonet on the Saiga-12. :D
Why do you want high caps? :?
Aren't those a little too long for concealed? what are they in 40... 29 rounders? They are fun on the range a guess. I would think Standard 15 round mags would be fine, as long as they aren't the reduced Clinton mags.

On the serious side though, I want a G-22 Mag for my spare mag. I carry the G-23, but that would give me 13+1 first and another 15 second load.

I sure hope you guys had fun at the show..
I wasn't able to go. If I had, I'd probably just spend money. And since my wife figures she knows where it is all needed and that doesn't line up with anything at the Gun Show  ...

Oh well, Later all!
When I said Hi-Caps I was speaking of the "Now" standard 15 rnd mags. Before the ban expired in September they had to be 10 rnd mags. So now I have my Glock 22 and 4 hi-cap 15 rnd mags.

God Bless America
I knew that... That is why I put in the winky  There was no offense intended. Sorry if it didn’t come over that way.
