I look forward to reading and learning from you all. I have been interested in getting my CC for a while now and want to learn more about it. I have been around firearms my whole life. Mostly long guns. I love to shoot, especially from a bench. I have been reloading my own for about 5 years now. My experience with hand guns is limited, so I hope to learn a lot here.

Get your permit ASAP. Even if you don't plan on carrying, get the permit. It makes buying guns easier and I promise, you will be glad you have it. If you hang around here for more than a few minutes, you will be carrying before you know it. Get your permit before you want it, because once you want the permit, it is an excruciating wait.

Well I did it. I was finally able to schedule and take the class. I just got back this evening. It was well worth it. Permit should be on its way.
