New guy on here and intro as requested.........
I am new to the concealed carry realm, but have always been around firearms and outdoors my whole life. I live in Ogden I am going to be taking a CFP class within the next month hopefully as time permits. If there are any recommendations out there as to a great class to take I am open to suggestions. Have been leaning towards J&J Firearms at this point. With all that has been going on out there lately I would just like to have some defense if ever needed. I have been really looking strongly at the Kel-Tec PF-9 as a carry weapon and have searched the internet out looking for info and feedback and all I can find is old info from like 2006 and older, nothing too current. Are any of you out there carrying this gun and if so what is your feedback??

Thx and I look forward to learning more about it all.

A buddy of mine has a PF-9 and likes it a lot. it is not a good range gun, but good for carry.

Everything you ever wanted to know about KelTecs: www.KTOG.org Go to the forum and there is a specific forum on PF9. I have 3 KelTecs and love them all. Some people report problems, but there are problems with ALL guns. My buddy just bought a brand spanking new Taurus 1911 and it is currently back to Taurus being fixed. Safety kept popping out... Stuff happens to all guns. I have never had a single problem with any of my KelTecs. Welcome aboard post often and have fun.

Welcome to the group. When our family took the CFP class, we took it through Chris from Strategic Tactical. It was GREAT! Also, there are several other instructors who are members of this forum.

I took my class from J and J. Jack is a good egg. He is x LEO with a lot good info and experience. The best thing is that his class includes photo and fingerprints. Put on a stamp put in your $65 send it away. I don't think you will go wrong with any of the guys on here that teach.

Welcome to the forum! Tons of good info here.
