I just found this website after getting my concealed permit last month. I'm looking forward to participating in the forums and gleaning as much information as I can to help me better understand the laws. Fortunately, HB473 was defeated after some bad amendments were attached to it. I certainly hope that the two people (house leadership (specifically Speaker
Greg Curtis (R-Sandy) and Rules Committee Chairman Steve Urquhart (R- St. George)) get defeated if they run again for election. They seem to be very anti-gun people.

Unfortunately, Curtis' Democrat opponent, Jay Seegmiller, is more anti-gun than Curtis is.
