Hi, my name is Tony. I've been reading this board for a little while, figured I should finally sign up. I just bought a Ruger P89 last month and I'll be taking a concealed class in the next week or two (I work a lot, or I would have done it already).

I just picked up a gun belt from a place right next to Impact in Ogden called Cop's Closet. Seemed like a nice store, but I don't think I've heard anyone mention them.

Anyway, I've enjoyed reading the forum. There seems to be a lot of good info here.

The brand on the belt is 5.11. It's leather, 1 1/2" wide and 1/4" thick and it wasn't too bad at $29. The Ruger is so heavy that with my old cheap belt it was making my hip hurt.
