Tell us a little more about yourself. Do you have a Concealed Firearm Permit (CFP)? What kinds of guns do you like?
My wife (not a forum member, sigh) is a good shot with a pistol and has her CFP. She usually shoots better than I do... :lol:

Ihave taken the class several times, but only just sent off for my CFP, I had heard before not to expect it for about 90 days, but heard today that it could come in about a week. I am looking forward to taking more advanced courses. I am partial to the glock 23, but one day on the range, my husband took my gun and said that he would reload it for me. He slipped his 45 back to me, and as it didnt feel any different to me, I didnt look at it. Shoots about the same to me. I also own a .357, but that is taking a little bit to get used to...
I grew up with rifles in the home, but as I lived in Northern Canada, I had never seen a real handgun till I moved here. It's a beautiful place to visit, but I would never live there again with all the anti gun and anti american sentiment.

Hey Annie. Welcome aboard. Glad you finally sent that paperwork off. Even though your husband packs enough heat for a small army, :shock: (he told me the other day he carries 3 guns and has about 90 rounds on him at any given time) he can't always be with you. My wife has her permit also but hasn't carried yet. Someday she will...just concerns me about thinking what it will be that pushes her over the edge...
