Hmm? Since teenagers can't legal purchase a handgun or have a CFP I wonder how things would change?

Then again, since Teenagers can't legally drink...

That got me thinking, the U is completely OK with teenagers drinking in the dorms (which is illegal) but doesn't want to allow the legal carry of a concealed handgun? Interesting.
