Interesting use of a firearm

With great power comes great responsibility. Obviously we all know there are much more powerful weapons, or tools out there to use for something like this. But using any gun to shoot into the sidewall of the home is inexcusable. It most certainly is not something an intelligent person would do without at least making sure the home was empty. Manslaughter may be just what he will be charged with, at least with involuntary manslaughter.
Some people really put a bad slant on things and I would have to say this fella did just that. Probably a good candidate for those yearly stupidity awards where most of the people died in the process of doing something real dumb.
