Had a close relative purchase a car that was misrepresented (salesman, sticker, etc said it was 6 cylinder it turns out that it was really 4 cylinder - they tried their darnedest to hide it). The AG gave his opinion to my relative that this was fraud if not corrected. Waiting to see if the car is taken back and money returned...

Nothing but bad experiences at LHM went through part of a sales training thing as part of a job application at LHM Subaru's. Terrible high pressure tactics ect. I went to the LHM used car supermarket about 7 years ago and it was the second worst car shopping experience of my life. Not to mention the no weapons allowed signs.

No I do not spend my money at anything LHM!
I can't speak of LHM's from a SALES-perspective. I did not purchase my Honda there. But I take my Honda there for all of it's service and must say that all but once or twice I was THOROUGHLY impressed (and one of those exceptions the service guy dug around for the info and addressed the issue very well, so I was satisfied). As far as their service dept. at their Honda location on State and apprx. 4500 So. goes, I think they do a fantastic job!
LHM = No $ from me. Been that way as long as I have lived in utah.
