I believe the Utah CCW permit is valid in Las Vegas. I did a quick Google search and found the following:
NEWS FLASH: UTAH CCW IS NOW ACCEPTED IN NEVADA!!!
YOU CAN NOW CARRY IN LAS VEGAS!
I believe that this was also covered in the CCW permit class that I took in December.
