When I went through my concealed class our instructor suggested to us that packing.org was a great website to visit for carry related issues. I wish he would have told me about this site instead. Is there any way that we can get a list of all the concealed instructors in the state and ask them to tell their classes about this site? I have learned more at this site in the last few weeks than in all the other sites I have visited combined. Many of those other sites are nothing more than flame wars and worthless posts.

Anyone have any other ideas on how to get this site more publicity to the concealed carry crowd in Utah? If we can come up with a list, I would be happy to work on getting the website into the instructors hands with a mailer or something. The more people visiting and involved with this Utah specific site, the more likely we are to influence the future of our rights!

A list of all certified instructors is at http://bci.utah.gov/CFP/CFInstructors.html
A lot of e-mail addresses are there.

I'll send an e-mail to my instructor - Larry Correia from FMBG.

Clark Aposhian sends out an occasional newsletter to all of the instructors. You might ask him if he could include the URL of this site. I somehow doubt that he will be comfortable with advertising for us in his official duties at BCI, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

So who knows Clark the best? Thats a great idea if someone has a good enough relationship with him to approach him.

OK, I just sent an email to all 130 of the email addresses listed on the BCI website. I got around 30 back as undeliverable though. Hopefully we get some response from the 100 that went through. The ones that didn't have an email I didn't bother with. We will see if anything comes from this.
