Does anyone know how I could get my hands on an M-4 with a collapsable stock? Also for civilians can you get it in three round burst or just semi auto?

I picked up a Bushmaster M4 a few months ago from here. It's been a great gun!

Getting it in selective three round burst is almost certainly not worth the effort or cost.

If you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for it? I loved it, we also had the m68 mounted on it. That is a pretty good coyote and rabbit killer.

It was a gift, but I suppose it was at the price listed at Impactguns.com - $995. You can get it for a bit cheaper if you custom build it.

And yes, I've had it only a few months and it has effectively reduced the rabbit population by nearly 100.
