I even added my own comment to the long list under the identity of 'ProShooter'.
This just makes me feel sick. My heart goes out to the victims and their families.
As I understand it, Virginia Tech has a policy just like the University of Utah's policy before it lost in court. Any student discovered carrying for self-defense, even with a valid carry permit, would be expelled. Likewise, any faculty or staff discovered carrying on a valid permit would be fired. The administration wanted a safe gun-free zone.
