Today basically for the first time I OC'ed. Had read on OCDC about someone having a bad time, at WM on 1300 S at 3rd W. Seeing we had to go there today, just to test the waters, I OC'ed. We walked around and got what we needed, and no one said anything or more they likely even noticed. My wife did not notice until we were ready to leave. Believe me I was nervous, that everyone was looking at my weapon. But I do not think that if they did they did not carry. Man I am going to do it again, it was fun.

We made up an excuse to go to WM on 1300s, so that I could OC there on Open Carry weekend. One shopper stopped mid step when he saw my gun, :jawdrop: but besides that no problems. The greeter asked to see our receipt on the way out and he didn't say anything when he saw my gun. Told my buddy, and he said if he can come with me a couple more times when I OC, that he will build up the nerve to OC too. Happy 4th of July OC weekend everyone. :patriot: :flag: :patriot: :flag:

Good job!!! And I agree with Dave about it being a bug. I only OC right now (mainly because my XD won't CC right because I don't have a good enough holster for CC). But yeah, you have to OC once you've done it once.
I think I have the bug making me OC more and more all the time. I also have a friend who said he will probably start to OC more once he watches me OC a couple more times. So the bug seems to be contageous, watch out.
