Open Carry in a National Park? (sorry, discussed)

Hi everyone,
I tried searching, but the search wouldn't narrow it down to what I wanted.

I am going to moab over the weekend. Stopping off to see delicate arch.

My question, can you open carry in a national park like this?

Can you open carry in a national forest?

In Utah, of course

While I am not expert on this, I do not believe you are currently able to carry in National Parks. There is a big discussion going on about this and Congress in terms of trying to open this up. Please see link below
