I was a little surprised, but quite pleased to see the coverage this morning on Fox 13 of the West Valley City council meeting last night, and the comments about the WVCPD hassling open carriers.

I thought the coverage was pretty fair. I thought they spun the issue a little bit by stating that the police say they are just doing their job by responding to 911 "man with a gun" calls. Of course they have to respond to those, that's not the issue. The issues is their hassling of people who OC when they have a right to. They did state accurately that we have a 2nd Amendment right to carry a gun, and gave Jared (forgot his last name) some time defending open carry. Again, overall it was pretty fair, and if anything positive towards the open carry cause.

So the big question is: Who was there, and who/whose guns did I see on the news this morning? :lol2:

Those whose names I remember who were present at the WVC Council Meeting were: Cinhil, TJ, GeneticsDave, Jared Belcher,
Jim, Jensen and Jeremy. There were at least thirteen (not 10 as reported by media) of us in attendance. These are the names I could remember at the moment.
