This is a fascinating photo montage with audio about gun-owners around the nation. Most of the people interviewed are very pro-gun. I'm actually impressed. Not only that, but it is on MSNBC, which quite surprises me.
I found this photo montage to be very good and uplifting. It is good to see so many express their desire to exercise their God-given Rights. Self defense & target shooting or hunting were other uses for the weapon from what I saw/heard. It seemed to be an unbiased straightforward approach to gun ownership and allowed the individual to express their own specifics for carrying, or owning a weapon. Nice piece, surprising & refreshing perspective/retrospective into the minds eye of average gun owners nationwide.
I liked it too. It showed real people being honest about how they feel about firearms and wanting to protect themselves and ltheir oved ones. There were people from all walks of life who had a wide variety of reasons to own firearms.
I saw the same feature on nytimes.com a while back. The guy who took the photos actually did it for a photography book. It happens to be 50% off at amazon.com now, it might make a good gift or just an interesting coffee table book....
