Hey all, I'm going to be up in Morgan over the 4th of July weekend and I thought I would exercise my rights over independence day weekend by having a shoot with my dad and brothers in law. Does anyone know of a good shooting range (indoor or outdoor) up weber canyon or around Morgan?

This is off-topic and unfortunately I don't have any info for a range; however, the 4th of July weekend is National Open Carry Weekend. So, if you feel comfortable exercising this right, go ahead and taste the freedom! :thumbsup:

There's a little place off the highway near Echo that you can shoot at. It's not a 100 yard range or anything, but works for plinking. Take I-84 to the I-80 interchange, then take I-80 toward Evanston. Immediately take the first exit. Go under the highway and then turn right. The 'range' is 1/4 mile or so up the road. Just pull off and shoot into the hillside.

There's probably better/closer places, but this is the only one I'm familiar that direction.

Hey I actually found out the address for the Morgan County Range. A lot of gun ranges are listed on the Utah Shooting Sports Council website. Thanks for the info you guys.
