Re-introduction of natehunts

Hello all, I've been a member here for a couple of years now, but haven't posted or visited all that often. I since have come back and am anxious to get this site going. It still seems that this site is fairly slow, as fas as posting goes. Do many of you spend time on other forums? I spent time on packing.org, thehighroad.org and a few others. Do many others of you spend time elsewhere too? I'm going to start spending more time here and try to do my part. I sometimes think I have some good advice and comments to make on guns and concealed carry so you'll be hearing from me from now on.

I didn't properly introduce myself when I joined, so here goes. My wife and I got our permits about 3.5 years. I started carrying everywhere. It was great. That lasted for about one year, then we moved to California for school. I can't tell you how bad I hate not being able to carry and defend my family out here. Everytime we get back to Utah you can bet I carry every minute I'm there. After almost 3 years we're finally moving back to Utah in December. YEAH!!!

I carried a XD40 service in either a C.T.A.C. or a Crossbreed holster. I sold that and bought an XD45 compact a few months ago. I have only been able to carry it a couple of times being that I'm still in Cali, but I really like it so far. I haven't even shot it yet ARGH!!! I know, I know...no excuses. Anyway, just wanted to re-introduce myself and say I'm glad to be back here.
