Reciprocity with Pennsylvania
Has anyone heard any news about Utah reciprocity with Pennsylvania? Clark had mentioned it was in the works about a year ago, but that was the last I had heard of it.

If I recall, a Pennsylvania non-resident permit is quite inexpensive and pretty easy to get.

I just attended Clark's class last night, and he said regarding Pennsylvania:
"Just a few more weeks..."
