Question: Is their anyone in the valley who does professional reloading? I remember in California their were places my dad would take his brass to be reloaded, not as cheap as doing it yourself but far cheaper then fresh ammo.

Can't offer any help to you but interested who in California provides that service. If you recall, let me know.

Sorry, that was 20 years ago.

Due to liability reasons, I think you'll have a hard time finding some stranger to do this for you. Too many reloaders have been sued over the years that very few sell their ammo to those outside their close circle of trust.

I think the better option might be to befriend someone that has the equipment, then pay them to use their equipment to do your own reloads.
My buddy will be SO happy!

Of course, Steve has his FFL that allows him to sell reloaded ammunition. This is his business and you can call him any time! When I don't have the time, I have Steve reload my ammo for me (which is quite often these days). I am likely his 'grossest' customer (meaning I purchase more than anyone else).
