The petition text is "I Support the Second Amendment and Urge the Supreme Court to Uphold Those Rights." This, unfortunately, doesn't tell the supreme court how you stand on the second amendment (e.g., individual vs. collective right, fundamental right). The Brady campaign could easily put out a press release saying the same thing.
