Self Defense Schools

Are there any good martial art/self defense schools in the Davis/SLC/Ogden area's? I mean something that you can learn and use within a few months or sooner. I've done some Wing Chun back in CA in the late 90s for about 3 years, and practiced on my own as well here in UT. I stopped around 2003. Just looking to get some good hand to hand combat skills again, weapons (sticks, knifes, etc.) would be a plus. Any Silat, Escrima, Kali would be awesome.
