After complaining about Impact and crappy customer service, I figured I should post a happy customer experience. I am the proud owner of a brand new XD45 Compact. Thanks to everyone here for the help and recommendation. I am in love with my new gun. It is perfect for a lefty. The problem is being a lefty the gun world seems to have ignored me and the other 10% of the population that falls in this category. My gun came with the gear kit and a righty holster. There are no lefty gear kits. I called Springfield to ask about a lefty holster and they are shipping me free of charge a LEFTY HOLSTER!!! I simply gave them the serial number of my gun and they said I would see the lefty holster in 7-10 days. I offered to ship back the righty holster but they told me to just keep it. (I am going to take the righty and modify it to be an IWB.) Now that makes me one happy customer!!! Here are the obligatory pics:

I called Springfield to ask about a lefty holster and they are shipping me free of charge a LEFTY HOLSTER!!!

I did the exact same thing and they shipped me a free holster as well. Great, great company to do bid'ness with.

Nice handgun and rifle. I have the same pistol and I love it. What holster are you using for the XD?
Also, what are the specs on your AR SBR? Did you build it yourself or buy off the shelf?
