It looks good. The only thing I'd recommend (and remember, this is coming from a web programmer) is to not use Blogspot, but to put the blog directly on your own web site. This way people can see all of your site and read your blog at the same place. If you or your web person have moderate computer skills, you can install Wordpress and integrate it right into your web site.
