Hey everybody I'm Eddie just went thru the class couple days ago (that's how I've learned about this website) been browsing it for the last few days and decided to register. I got an Springfield XD9 5” Tactical (black) had it for about 4 years now but never thought I’d go after the CFP but got talked into it by my brother-in-law that just got himself Beretta 8040 (Cougar). No sure how often I’ll carry but when I get my CFP in couple months will have to take it onto its “maiden” voyage. Kudos to a lot of users here their info helped me a lot especially with OC questions that our instructor decided to skip. :twisted:

Instructor was Steven Beckstead and it was at Doug's Shoot 'n Sports.
I'm pretty sure I'll have a lot of questions soon for now I'm trying to go thru all the posts and get familiar with a lot of stuff. I got to say again a lot of interesting info is available on this website.

update: BCI charged my credit card today and with some luck hope to have it in my hands in less than two months.
