I am curious of what Utah residents opinions are about so many outside the State getting Utah permits..
There was this article this morning about the Governor looking to require everyone to be inside the State to fulfill the requirements..
I am a little nervous about the sheer numbers of out of state permits but I generally I don't have a problem with it..
Just want to here some of your opinions... Even those of you who are from other States..How do you feel about it?

My vote is to keep giving them out. I see no reason not to. I feel like the more people with permits the better.
