what happen to the staples store incident in was it St George? where the guy had his shirt come up and expose his concealed gun..
I think it was staples though.

Was this the guy that had charges pressed agaist him for this?

It was removed because we were discussing filing a FOIA request and a formal complaint. However, there seems to be little interest in doing that, so the thread should probably be restored.

The Staples incident involved a different person than the one you're thinking about.
The forum member involved in the Staples incident was never charged. He didn't do anything wrong.

That thread was pulled because it was getting too much into tactics to take in rectifying the situation, and for legal and tactical reasons, it was deemed best to not have that discussion public.

It is. FOIA is the federal law, and each state has their own. But FOIA is the term most people know, so it's a useful generic term.
