Utah's Hogle Zoo

The current Zoo Rules on their website says nothing about weapons at all:


For the health and safety for our animals and guests, we do not allow the following items inside the Zoo:

Balloons of any kind
Segways or similar motorized vehicles (unless for medical reasons. Guests should contact Guest Services or Security for approval.) Motorized wheelchairs are OK.
Bicycles (except for Zoo Security officers)
Tricycles (or similar such item that is powered by someone sitting on it)
Heely shoes, in-line skates, or roller-skates.
Skateboards
Scooters of any kind
Water guns or water balloons (water spray bottles are only allowed on hot days)
Glass containers
Alcoholic beverages
Laser pointers
Gas grills or charcoal barbecues
Stickers or confetti
Any other item deemed unsafe by Utah’s Hogle Zoo security

I understand that. Previously the correction was changed but still mentioned. Originally changed to weapons not allowed that are not in accordance with state law. Then they totally removed any mention of weapons, which had not been noted yet.

Shouldnt this be removed from the boycott list... if they actually did the right thing and changed their policy once it was brought to their attention that it was illegal ?

I think at some point we said good. Perahps an admin should move it to chit chat or rename the Topic to Utah Hoogle Zoo- Boycott over

Or we could just lock the thread - that might be best since we are no longer boycotting Hogle.
